KCHD RECEIVED A COMPLAINT OF PESTS IN THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PORTION OF THE BUILDING. I OBSERVED TWO LIVE ROACHES IN THE DISH WASHING ROOM. I OBSERVED DEAD ROACHES, CASINGS, AND LEGS BELOW ALL SHELVES AND EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN. ALSO ON THE FLOOR AND BASE TILES UNDER THE SHELVES AND EQUIPMENT IS A BUILDUP OF FOOD DEBRIS.
THIS ISSUE WAS REVIEWED AT THE LAST ORIGINAL INSPECTION IN JULY. THE KITCHEN IS NOTICEABLY CLEANER AT THIS INSPECTION. TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE: -PEST CONTROL COMPANY IS ALREADY SCHEDULED FOR WEEKLY SERVICE IN THE KITCHEN AND ANY OTHER AREA OF NECESSITY. -I WILL FOLLOW UP ON 9-18 FOR CLEANING THE FLOORS BELOW EQUIPMENT AND SHELVES. |
